Saving Grace provides a home for young women aging out of foster care or facing homelessness, offering them hope and transformation  through relationships, coaching, and opportunities that empower generational change—trusting God with the outcome.

The grant from Harriette's Dream Fund is being used to purchase and outfit two horses from Texas Prison and Police Horse Rescue. These horses will help expand the existing Equine Assisted Therapy program to include learning to ride and care for the horses.

Table7Three.jpg

Table 7Three's mission is to reflect the love of Christ by providing no-cost meals to the homeless or at-risk members of the NWA community. The founders experienced the value of sharing a meal with others and how valuable that fellowship is. Then God placed the idea of providing food to individuals struggling with homelessness as a way to nourish them physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Their Harriette's Dream Fund grant will help cover operational expenses for the program.

Advances in pediatric medicine begin with a vision for a future in which all children can grow up to be healthy adults. ACRI researchers share this common vision and have devoted their lives to making this vision a reality. Researchers at ACRI are addressing a broad spectrum of children's health concerns, such as the biological mechanisms underlying birth defects; diabetes-related complications; and numerous childhood diseases, including asthma and cancer.

Bella Vista Animal Shelter.jpg

Rescue, Rehabilitate, Reunite, Adopt

Bella Vista Animal Shelter rescues and rehabilitates the lost and homeless animals of the City of Bella Vista.  They provide food, shelter and medical care for animals in need until they can be reunited with their family or adopted into loving homes. These are animals that would otherwise be left to search for food and defend themselves against predators.

Their Harriette's Dream Fund grant will be used to upgrade the kennel space for the dogs, improving the drainage and providing a more comfortable atmosphere as they await their forever homes.

Turpentine Creek's mission is to provide lifetime refuge for abused and neglected “Big Cats” with emphasis on tigers, lions, leopards, and cougars. Their core belief is that big cats are predators, not pets or entertainment for the masses.  They and other exotic and native wildlife deserve to live out their lives with dignity, allowed to be the wild animals they instinctually are. Turpentine Creek gives them a voice, both for those forced to live in captivity and those struggling for survival in the wild.

Trident Creek.jpg

Trident Creek is dedicated to providing rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary services to equines. They rescue abandoned, neglected, and abused equines as well as offer homes to equines whose families can no longer care for them. Each horse is individually assessed to determine their physical and emotional needs. Veterinary care is provided as needed. Issues such as trust, fear, or aggression are overcome using natural horsemanship techniques. Force-free training on the ground and under saddle gives the horses confidence and helps restore their bond with people. Once rehabilitated, Trident Creek works to find the ideal home for each horse. Horses for Healing was so impressed with their approach that we entrusted one of our horses with special needs to them. Under their care, Zeus has flourished and seems truly happy. We are proud to support their efforts!
